Availability of products:

Furious Tweaks LTD keeps limited stock of the products that we are selling. If the product that you are interested in is not currently in stock we will need 7 to 14 working days for Austin Racing (from the day of 50% deposit), 12 to 20 days for M4 performance exhausts (from the day of 50% deposit), and 12 to 20 days for Rottweiler performance parts (from the day of 50% deposit).

Deposit:

Furious Tweaks LTD requires a 50% deposit for us to order your product (Austin Racing, M4 performance exhaust, Rottweiler performance products). As soon as we have received proof of payment, we will order the wanted product(s) for you from our manufacturers. You will receive a confirmation email from the manufacturers. Furious Tweaks LTD will send you the tracking number for the package so you can follow the progress of the package yourself.

Delivery:

Furious Tweaks LTD delivers nationwide only. If you are living in one of the surrounding countries the delivery cost will be on you the client. Furious Tweaks LTD uses the services for SFS and RAM. If requested from the client we can use any other way of delivery all on the cost of the client.

Products Warranties:

Furious Tweaks LTD stands behind the quality of the products that we are importing in South Africa. The warranty of the products is provided to the original purchaser only, and any warranty claims must be accompanied by an original receipt or invoice showing proof of purchase.

Issues caused by improper installation or modifications, exposure to chemicals, improper care, or lack of maintenance are not covered under this warranty. Due to the nature of high performance products, it is not possible nor does this limited warranty cover or guarantee the performance of any product. Any defective product will be repaired or replaced by our manufacturers (Austin Racing, M4 performance exhausts) once the item(s) are returned and found to be defective. Furious Tweaks LTD Products is not responsible for any other expenses incurred by the customer under this limited warranty. Furious Tweaks LTD reserves the right to determine whether the conditions of this warranty have been met, all the information on the damaged product will be send to Austin Racing or M4 performance exhausts where the experts will determine the cause of the failure of the products and further actions will be taken once the outcome of our manufactures has been decided.

If damage occurs to any item(s) in transit, it is the responsibility of the carrier. Damage claims of this nature must be made with the carrier.

Indemnity:

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site. Disclaimer: This exhaust (Austin Racing, M4 performance exhausts) is for race use only and has not been homologated and is fitted at the buyer’s own risk and may invalidate all warranties. The seller accepts no responsibility in the extreme unlikelihood of damage accruing to the motorcycle not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as a direct result of the fitting of this exhaust. The seller accepts no responsibility of court or any action taken against the buyer as a result of this exhaust being used on a public highway (roads).

Confidentiality:

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Fraudulent Products:

Furious Tweaks LTD in the past has seen some fraudulent products (especially from Austin Racing). Furious Tweaks LTD will not be able to assist, if the products are not 100% Austin Racing, M4 performance exhausts. Furious Tweaks LTD works with a number of dealers in South Africa, if you are interested in purchasing any of our products please ensure that you only make use of a reputable dealer.
